Surprise the guests who unexpectedly show up with the meringue cake, which is cooked in 5 minutes. You do not need to turn on the mixer: only your own skilled hands and 2 simple ingredients are involved in the preparation.

Only 2 ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 300 g icing sugar

Cooking:

Carefully break the egg on a plate.

For meringue, only egg white is needed, so ...

cover the yolk with a cup ...

and pour the protein in powdered sugar.

For 2-3 minutes, mix the protein and powder with your hands.

It turns out quite dense mass.

From the protein-sugar mass form 4 balls ...

... and put them on a plate with a paper towel at a good distance from each other.

Put the plate with the balls in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
